When you visit the site, the hosting service receives your IP address and the pages you ask for, as every web server does. We use this only to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
When you send us the enquiry form, we receive your name, company, work e-mail, your phone number if you give it, and your message, by e-mail. We use it only to answer you and handle your enquiry, and keep it no longer than we need for that. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us (GDPR article 6(1)(f)). If you have accepted statistics, Google Analytics counts that an enquiry was sent, not what it says. If you have accepted marketing, Google Ads counts that an enquiry was sent, so we can see which ad led to it.
The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure, and the enquiry is delivered through Microsoft 365. Microsoft processes this data on our behalf, as our data processor.
In Adept™
Adept Concept AS acts as data processor for personal data in Adept™, under a data processing agreement with each customer. We keep a list of subprocessors and share it on request.
