Certified information security
Adept Concept AS is certified to ISO 27001, the international standard for information security management. The certificate is available on request.
We have started certification to ISO 42001, the international standard for AI management systems. It sets out requirements for how AI is developed, used and governed responsibly.
Cloud service on Microsoft Azure
Adept™ is delivered as a cloud service on Microsoft Azure. Your data is stored in a data centre in Europe, in your own separate database. It is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by role, and every login and change is logged.

An AI assessment points to the exact passage in your document that supports it. You can open it and read it yourself.
The AI does the work. People approve.
You choose for each unit how far the AI goes, from suggesting only to setting compliance status and creating actions. Approval is a separate step: the Approved flag can only be set by a person, and human decisions are never overwritten.
Your own environment
The AI features run in your own, separate environment. Your documents are not shared with other customers, and the AI is not trained on your data.

Each AI run is recorded, with input, output and time. Ready for any auditor.
Consistent quality

Privacy and GDPR
Adept Concept AS processes personal data on behalf of customers under a data processing agreement. We keep a list of subprocessors and share it on request. Data is deleted when a customer leaves, in accordance with the agreement.
